In the event of a breach of this ban, the hotel will charge the equivalent of the expenses incurred to remove the smell of tobacco as well as the losses caused by the impossibility of renting the rooms; this charge will not be less than €68, fllowing the french law.
Cigarettes or similar and vaping are permitted on the patio or in a dedicated area at the entrance to the hotel, with due respect for others. Ashtrays are available.

Eco Label European - Tourist Accommodation
This tourist accommodation, holder of the European Ecolabel, is environmentally friendly. The European Ecolabel is the only official eco-label known to all European Union countries. Organization, renewable energies, water, and waste management... 67 criteria guarantee the reduction of the environmental impacts of services throughout their life cycle.
The hotel has chosen a responsible tourism approach by obtaining the European ecolabel in July 2016. That is why the hotel has been designed in such a way as to best respect our environment. The goal of our approach is to reduce the impact of our activities. That is why we are implementing four major actions.
Clean Transportation
To limit our travel by car and promote more environmentally friendly means of transport, use public transport, near the hotel. (Bike, E-Scooter, Bus, Tram). If you request a cab, Uber or similar, choose a hybrid or 100% electric model.
Sorting Our Waste
Most of the things we throw away can be recycled, so we invite you to leave any recyclable objects (cans, plastic bottles, batteries, expired medicines…) prominently on the corner of your office for room service to sort your waste.
Please do not throw anything in the toilet. Waste that is not properly disposed of will end up in the wild.
Saving Water
Please ensure faucets are closed after use and report any leaks.
Please hang towels or the robe if you wish to keep them, otherwise place them on the floor for cleaning.
The hotel is also equipped with a water treatment system to offer you our own range of still or sparkling water.
Saving Energy
• Most of our lights were chosen based on their low energy consumption (low-energy bulbs and LEDs).
• Your room lights automatically turn off when you remove your card from the case.
• Your room is equipped with a temperature self-regulation system. So, you just have to choose your desired temperature, between 19°C and 24°C. However, this system will stop when you open the window.
• Common hallways and washrooms are equipped with occupancy detectors.
• 100% of our electricity comes from renewable energy sources.
• Domestic hot water is mainly produced by solar thermal panels installed on the roof.
We are really on you to help in this environmental procedure during your stay, notably by:
- Turning the AC off when you leave the room or when the windows are open
- Turning the lights and TV off when you leave the room
- Putting up the do not disturb sign when you do not wish for your room to be cleaned
- Only putting towels that truly need to be changed on the floor

Air Conditioner
Your room is equipped with a self-regulating temperature control system between 19°C and 22°C. All you have to do is choose the temperature you want. However, this system will stop as soon as you open the window.
Contact reception if you find it difficult to operate the appliance.

You can connect to the pre-installed streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney, Amazon, MyCanal) with your login details.

Complementary
An espresso machine is available for your hot drinks during your stay. We recycle the capsules. To enjoy the full flavour of your teas, we recommend that you rinse the machine with hot water from the reservoir to remove any coffee grounds.

Safe
A notice is available on the safe. Please make sure that you put your valuables in the safe in your room.
The hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft.

The housekeeping service is available between 9.30am and 4pm. And anytime for special requests.
If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please use the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door knob.

We also have kettles available on request to heat your drinks. Please use them for this purpose only.

We can book you an immediate taxi run (subject to availability of the service provider) or organise a later departure.

Arrivals are from 3pm
Departures are until noon
If request, under availability, we can extend your departure to 1pm, free of charge.
After 1pm late departures are charged, 50€ per hour up to 150€
Wake-up call
You can contact the reception to schedule a wake-up call.

Departure Procedure
Please return the room access key to reception and inform us of any use made of the mini-bar. We prefer to send invoices by email, but we can also print them out.

Luggage service
In order to avoid you carrying your suitcase unnecessarily, we provide you with a luggage room.
